The Department of Mechanical Engineering successfully conducted Sports day “MECHSPO-2022” on 1st July 2022 for the students and staff of Mechanical Engineering Department. All the students and staff of Mechanical Engineering were actively participated in the sports day and had a great success.
All the students and staff of the department were grouped into four different groups named Welders, Millers, Drillers and Turners. Three indoor events, like Chess, Carom, Shuttle Badminton and Outdoor games, Kabaddi were arranged for the teams. Prof. Gukuldas M was the coordinator of the event and Head of Mechanical Engineering Department Dr. Vasantha Kumar, encouraged the participants.
