Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) organized an insightful technical talk on the topic” Image Encryption and Recognition for Signature and Palm Print” on 12th July 2022 at 2:30 PM in the International Seminar Hall.
The session was delivered by Prof. K. Rafeeq Ahmed, Head of the Department of ECE, ACE College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram. Prof. Rafeeq Ahmed shared his expertise on advanced topics in biometric security, focusing on encryption techniques and recognition systems based on palm prints and signatures. His presentation highlighted real-world applications and cutting-edge research in the field, sparking interest and engagement among students and faculty members alike.
