Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), organized an expert talk on the topic “Performance Comparison of Sorting Algorithms” on 13th May 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Seminar Hall.
The resource person for the session was Prof. Omar Khan Durrani from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Ghousia College of Engineering, Ramanagara, Bangalore. He delivered an informative and engaging lecture on various sorting algorithms, comparing their performance in terms of time complexity, space complexity, and practical use cases. The session offered valuable insights into algorithm efficiency and helped students deepen their understanding of computational logic and programming fundamentals.
The event began with a welcome address by Dr. Abdullah Gubbi. Prof. Abdul Jabbar served as the event coordinator, and Mr. Nauman compered the session with clarity and professionalism.
