Mangaluru: 23rd April 2026, The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Bearys Institute of Technology successfully organized Break the Chain and Unlock their True Potential, invited talk and Brain Fusion: Innovate, Ideate, Ignite under the initiative of the BEASPIRE Committee in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council.
The event began with welcome by Ms Aysha Akmala, followed by smooth compering by Arifa Farzana. During the occasion, Dr.Abdullah Gubbi addressed the gathering and spoke about the importance of such events, emphasizing how programs like Brain Fusion help students enhance creativity, develop critical thinking, and build confidence through teamwork and active participation. his message highlighted the role of such platforms in preparing students for real-world challenges and encouraging innovation beyond academics.
The session featured an insightful expert talk by Nizamuddin, who served as the resource person. His talk inspired students to “break the chain and unlock their true potential,” encouraging innovation and self-development.
This was followed by a technical quiz session conducted by Avvabi Shahna, which tested participants’ technical knowledge and critical thinking skills. Earlier in the day, a session on sustainable awareness was presented by Shanah and Sana from 2nd ECE, highlighting the importance of sustainability in modern engineering practices.
The highlight of the afternoon was the Brain Fusion interactive brainstorming, coordinated efficiently by Ms Avvabi and Mr Fayiz, where students actively participated in idea generation and collaborative problem-solving activities.
The event was judged by an esteemed panel including Dr Mahboob Mujawar and Prof Zaheer, whose expert evaluation added credibility and encouragement to the participants.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Arifa Farzana, expressing gratitude to the organizers, speakers, judges, and participants for their valuable contributions.
