The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) actively participated in the 74th Republic Day Celebration held on 26th January 2023 on the college campus. The celebration aimed to honor the adoption of the Indian Constitution and to instill patriotism and national pride among students and staff.
The program began with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Principal, accompanied by the singing of the National Anthem. Students, faculty members, and non-teaching staff gathered in large numbers to participate in the ceremony.
As part of the celebration, students from various departments, including CSE, presented patriotic songs, speeches, and cultural performances reflecting the spirit of unity, integrity, and diversity of India. A brief address by the Principal highlighted the importance of constitutional values such as justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. He also encouraged students to uphold these ideals in their academic and personal lives.
Faculty members from the CSE Department took part in the event arrangements, ensuring smooth coordination and discipline throughout the program. Students actively participated in various activities, showcasing their enthusiasm and respect for the nation.
The celebration concluded with the distribution of sweets and a vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of all coordinators, performers, and participants.
