The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized an informative session in collaboration with KEONICS (Karnataka State Electronics Development Corporation Limited) on 8th May 2023. The session aimed to enhance students’ understanding of the latest developments in the IT and electronics sectors and to create awareness about government initiatives supporting digital transformation and skill development.
Experts from KEONICS delivered insightful talks on topics such as emerging technologies, entrepreneurship opportunities, IT infrastructure development, and career prospects in the tech industry. Students gained valuable knowledge about how KEONICS contributes to the growth of Karnataka’s technology ecosystem by promoting innovation, digital literacy, and employment opportunities.
The interactive session allowed students to engage with the speakers, clarify doubts, and learn about the various training and internship programs offered by KEONICS. Faculty members appreciated the initiative, highlighting its importance in bridging the gap between academics and industry expectations.
