The farewell event for the final year students of the EC Department was a resounding success, leaving a trail of memories . The event, held on 29th May.2023 at national seminar hall, brought together students and faculty members to celebrate the achievements of the graduating class.
The event commenced with an eloquent welcome speech delivered by Mariyam Fameeza, the master of ceremonies for the event was Salma Nadaf , she set the stage for an emotional and memorable event. Her words resonated with the audience, evoking a sense of pride and gratitude for the journey that the students had undertaken.
Addressing the gathering, the Head of the Department, Dr. Abdullah Gubbi highlighted the challenges that the graduating students would face as they stepped into the professional world. He emphasized the importance of perseverance, adaptability, and continuous learning in overcoming these challenges. Prof. Mubeena Spoke on this occasion and gave insightful speech that instilled confidence in the students and reassured them that they were well-equipped to handle any obstacles that lay ahead. Prof.Abdul Jabbar, faculty member, shared anecdotes and memories of the students’ time on campus. He emphasized the significance of staying connected with friends and faculty, reminding the graduates that their time in the department had forged bonds that would last a lifetime.
The students showcased their talents through singing and dancing, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. The stage came alive with captivating performances, displaying the incredible artistic abilities within the department.
