The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Bearys Institute of Technology organized its departmental sports festival “VOLTIQUE–2K25” on 13th November 2025, bringing together students for a fun-filled day of sportsmanship, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
The event was inaugurated by the Principal Dr. S.I.Manjur Basha, who addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech highlighting the importance of sports in promoting discipline, teamwork, and overall personality development among students.
The Head of the Department Dr. Abdullah Gubbi also addressed the students, appreciating their enthusiasm and encouraging them to actively participate in co-curricular activities along with academics to ensure holistic growth.

The program commenced with a welcome address by the Sports Coordinator, Mr. Abdul Jabbar H, who warmly greeted the gathering and emphasized the vital role of sports in fostering unity, leadership, and a healthy competitive spirit among students.
Following the inauguration, the sports events began with great excitement and participation. The competitions conducted included Football, Cricket, Badminton, Volleyball, Throwball, Tug of War, Ludo, Chess, and Carrom.
The entire day was filled with energetic matches, friendly rivalry, and vibrant cheering from the audience. VOLTIQUE–2K25 provided an excellent platform for students to showcase their athletic talents, build team spirit, and take a break from their academic routines.program concluded with prize distribution for winners.
