A session titled “Campus Engagement: iqigai.ai by Fractal Analytics” was organized on 26th November 2025 at Bearys Institute of Technology, Mangalore, to create awareness among students about iqigai.ai platform by Fractal Analytics.. The session was conducted by Mrs. Haleema Sabeen, Sr. Manager – HR and Head of University Relations, and Ms. Muskan Meghwani, Assistant Manager – HR, from iqigai.ai by Fractal Analytics, Bengaluru.
During the session, the speakers introduced the iqigai.ai platform, an AI-powered talent assessment and recruitment platform developed by Fractal Analytics to identify and nurture promising talent in analytics and data-driven domains. The platform enables students to participate in structured assessments that evaluate key competencies such as analytical thinking, coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. The speakers explained how the platform helps students benchmark their skills against industry standards and gain visibility among recruiters.
The speakers also highlighted the importance of developing strong analytical abilities, programming skills, and problem-solving capabilities to succeed in one’s career. Final Year Students were encouraged to actively participate in the assessments conducted through the iqigai.ai platform to enhance their employability and industry readiness. General Quiz was conducted to the volunteered students and iqigai.ai hoody was given to the winners.
The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, where students had the opportunity to clarify their queries related to career opportunities, skill development, and the assessment process. The program was highly informative and beneficial for students, helping them gain a better understanding of the opportunities available through iqigai.ai by Fractal Analytics.
