Scholarship schemes

BIT offers up to 100% fee concessions to deserving students. This includes students who are economically disadvantaged as well as those who excel in sports, NCC, NSS, and other extracurricular activities. Meritorious students are also eligible for various scholarships. Students securing CET ranks below 1000 are provided with a 100% fee exemption, while those with ranks below 5000 are eligible for up to 50% fee concession. BIT also conducts its own Talent Hunt tests, through which students who meet the required criteria are offered attractive fee concessions.

At BIT, we have an exclusive Scholarship Cell dedicated to assisting students in applying for a wide range of scholarship schemes offered by the Central Government, State Government, and private organizations along with the free government hostel facilities provided by the Karnataka State Government for Minority and OBC , SC/ST and GM students. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that none of our eligible students miss out an opportunity to apply for scholarship due to a lack of information.
