KAARVA-E-SAFAR: Educational Visit to Hasta Shilpa Heritage Village

The Social Connect and Responsibility (SCR) committee of the institution successfully organized an educational visit titled “KAARVA-E-SAFAR” to Hasta Shilpa Heritage Village on 21 December 2025.

The visit offered students meaningful experiential learning by providing firsthand exposure to India’s rich cultural heritage, traditional architecture, and region-specific construction practices. Through this visit, students gained valuable insights into sustainable living methods, the use of indigenous materials, and architectural planning practices followed in earlier times. This experience enabled students to effectively bridge theoretical concepts with practical, real-world applications.

The program was conducted under the guidance of Prof. Mohammed Sinan, with the support of Mr. Hilal Rashid Bhat, ensuring smooth coordination, safety, and discipline throughout the visit. The active involvement and dedicated efforts of the student coordinators played a key role in the successful execution of the program.

Overall, the visit was informative, academically enriching, and contributed significantly to the holistic development of the students.
