The Department of Mechanical Engineering successfully conducted “International Yoga Day” on 21st June 2023 for the students and staff of the Mechanical Engineering Department. All the students and staff of Mechanical Engineering actively participated in the yoga day and had great success. In view of International yoga day, the following three events were conducted for students, namely Yoga Drawing, Yoga Quiz and Yogasana. Many students actively participated in all the events and Prof.Mnjunath Ichchangi was the coordinator for the event.
For winners, prizes was distributed by the department and encouraged to participate in upcoming events by the department. Dr.Vasantha Kumar, Head of Mechanical Engineering Department, handed the prizes to winners. Dr.Sheikh Ameer Basha, Prof.Minazuddin and Prof.Prateeksha were witnesses for the program.
