Department of Mechanical Engineering organized a “FAREWELL FUNCTION” for 2020-24 batch students at Bearys Knowledge Campus on 27th May 2024. The Chief Guest for the program was Dr.Manjappa Sarathy, Director Research & Consultancy at Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management Mangalore. Dr.Hemanth Prabhu and Prof.Janardhan Swamy from Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management Mangalore were also guests for the event. The program begins with invocation song. This was followed by escorting of the dignitaries to the dais.
Dr.Vasantha Kumar (HOD, Mechanical Engg. Dept.) Welcomed the gathering, The dignitaries were presented with bouquets. The program was witnessed by Vice Principal of BIT Dr.Aziz Mustafa, Principal of BEADS Arch Khaleel Razak Shaikh, Director of BIT Polytechnic Prof.Prithviraj M and also Heads of various departments.
Dr.Aziz Mustafa Vice Principal of BIT Mangalore wished outgoing students with his motivational speech and also appreciated for their excellence in academics. Dr.Mustafa delivered motivational speech and briefed the future opportunities to Mechanical Engineers. Dr.Sandeep Nambiar S introduced chief guest, Dr.Manjappa Sarathy was addressed the gathering with his academic and research experience. All the students were felicitated by the Head of Department Dr.Vasantha Kumar and faculties. The program concluded with vote of thanks by Mr.Fayiz 4th semester Mechanical Engineering student.
