The vision of Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT), Mangalore is to contribute significantly to a progressive, peaceful world along with creating leaders in every field of technology. BIT& BEADS has conducted Talent Hunt 2019, several students, many from the economically weak section of society, appeared for the test on Saturday, 11th May 2019. The test comprised questions pertaining to Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, besides which there were questions to test the aptitude and general knowledge of the candidates. Students from across the State appeared for the tenth edition of the test. The program started at 9:00 AM, On this occasion the chief guest of the event Ms. Nasrin Binth Ahmed Bava, Principal, Hidaya Foundation, and  Mr. Shaad Ahmed Hidaya Foundation, conducted the student Counseling session. Mr. Mohammed Younus, Dist Officer, KMDC, Mangalore and Mr. Mohammed Nazeer, Dist officer, Minority give the details about arivu loan facility and other government schemes for the Minority Students. Mr. Siddique Beary, Trustee of the Bearys Group, spoke on the Bearys education group,  In his speech, He said the BIT strives to mold students into technocrats and good human beings. With the motto “clarity in mind + purity in heart” principal of BIT, Dr. Mahabaleswarappa and other department heads were present. The scholarship was provided to ten students. The vote of thanks was delivered by Prof. Mohammed Rafeeq of Electronics and Communication Department. The program Concluded with National Anthem.
