The computer science and engineering department had organized CEA-BIT ASSOCIATION inaugural function and a guest lecture on 31-08-2019 at 10:30 am in the international seminar hall at bearys institute of technology. The chief guest Mrs. Syeda Asma, Sr. Technical program manager, Verizon Media Group(formerly Yahoo! Inc)., Bangalore inaugurated the CEA-BIT ASSOCIATION.
the inaugural function commenced with prayer song, welcome address was delivered by Prof. Ankitha followed by introducing the chief guest, this followed by introducing about CEA-BIT ASSOCIATION by the Head Of Department, Dr. Mustafa Basthikodi, the office bearers, chief coordination Prof. Ankitha Bekal Asst Prof of Dept of CSE, President Ms. Madeeha Nausheen from 4th year, vice president’s Mr. Abdul Tawwab mulla and Mr. Mohammad Akif from from 3rd and 2nd year respectively, secretary Mr. Abdullah Ansari, joint secretary Ms. Samra Naz and Mr. Muaz from 3rd year and 2nd year respectively, treasurers Mr. Nazif from 4th year were introduced by the Prof. Ahmed Rimaz Faizabadi. The chief guests Mrs. Syed Asma spoke on various skills that needs to be developed in every individual.
From which students have learned about the importance of programming, recent development in IoT and also she encouraged doing their own individual projects. Principal Dr. Mahabaleshwarappa and HOD of CSE department Dr. Mustafa Bastikodi presented a small token of appreciation to our chief guests Mrs. Syeda Asma. Ms. Madeeha Nausheen president of CEA-BIT ASSOCIATION delivered the vote of thanks. Finally, the program was ended with the national anthem.
