Bearys Institute of Technology, Mangalore, organized three week long free CET coaching program for PUC science students. The participants to this workshop came from not only the Mangalore region but also from several other parts of Karnataka and Kerala. BIT arranged free hostel accommodation for outstation students and free transport facility for local students.

The three week long coaching program saw close to 300 participants who were given coaching by experts with over 15 years of experience. The coaching program concluded on April 29th with a BIT Talent Hunt exam and  a mind blowing career guidance session conducted by Prof. Musthafa Basthikodi at BIT.

A valedictory function was held in which the Chairman of Bearys Academy of Learning, Mr. Syed Mohammed Beary, distributed scholarships to students who qualified for the same in the Talent Hunt  exam. The Chief Guest for the valedictory function was Mr. A. Gafoor, Chairman KMDC who enlightened students with various loan and scholarship facility available to the students through the government.

Prof. Mustafa Basthikodi, HOD, Dept of CSE & Incharge admissions welcomed the gathering. Dr. Abdul Kareem, Principal, Chief Advisor Dr. S K Raikar, Prof. Zameel, Dept of ECE, HOD’s of respective department and the program coordinator and HOD of CSE Prof. Mustafa B were also present in the ceremony.

Rukiyath Faheema A. Salam was the master of ceremony.

Students who attended the camp deeply thanked the management for the opportunity given to them.

The Bearys Academy of Learning awarded scholarships upto 100% in tuition fee upto top 25 students in BIT Talent Hunt exam 2017.
