Students pursuing Mechanical Engineering at Bearys Institute of Technology, BIT has designed and built a prototype of 2-seater vehicle run with a motorbike engine and other parts of a bike.
This unique working model of a car build with scrap material around a 150 cc bike engine was show-cased as a highly affordable alternative to the two-wheeler, affording more comfort, safety and at the same time giving excellent mileage.
Mohamed Aadil, Safwan, Mohamed Suhail and Samnan were the 4 final year students who achieved this task under the guidance of Prof. Raunaq Ahmed.
