Mangalore: Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT), Mangalore conducted Inter-College technical fest “ENIGMA 2k17” on 7th April 2017. The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Mazhar S Beary, Trustee, Bearys Academy of Learning. Dr. Abdul Kareem, Principal, BIT presided over the inaugural function. The function was attended by Prof. Bhavesh Mehta, Principal, Bearys Enviro-Architecture Design School, Dr. Aziz Musthafa, Director, BIT polytechnic, Prof. Mustafa Basthikodi, HOD-Computer Science & Engineering, BIT, Prof. Divya Srinath, HOD-Civil Engineering, Prof. Maruthi Prashanth, HOD-Mechanical Engineering, Prof. Prameela Kolakke, HOD-Basic Science. There were 12 technical events including Robothon, Mecharts organized by different departments of BIT as part of the fest. It was an over whelming response by more than 380 students from various Engineering colleges of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts participated with great enthusiasm. The winners were felicitated by Mr. Mazhar S Beary, Principals of Bearys group of Institutions and heads of the departments of BIT.
