Department of computer science in association with Mindstack technologies Pvt Ltd organized a workshop from 13-10-2017 to 14-10-2017 on introduction to ruby on rails for the final year students of all the branches. The workshop started with the welcome speech by prof. Mustafa Basthikodi.In the welcome speech, Prof. Mustafa B welcomed all the dignitaries and welcomed the students. He also mentioned the importance of such workshop to make the student’s industry ready. The inaugural speech was given by Dr A J Antony in which he mentioned BIT always entertains such extra inputs to the students which is extremely beneficial for the students. Dr S. K Raikar also added few words to close the formal function. The workshop was organized by Asst. Professor Abdul Khader. The resource persons where Mr Shazad Maved, Director, Mindstack technologies Pvt Ltd. and Mr Vimesh P K, Sr. Developer Mindstack technologies. The students had a hands-on experience to ruby on rails which the students enjoyed and helped them in a great manner.
