National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) and Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT), Mangalore, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with each other. Under this MOU, NASSCOM’s Foundation Skills in IT (FSIT) program will be offered at BIT campus to the students as an add-on course. Students who go through this course will be able to take the NAC-Tech (NASSCOM Assessment of Competence – Technology) exam and be eligible for preferred selection by a host of leading partner companies of NASSCOM. The signing of this MOU marks another stride taken by BIT in its progress towards quality education and enhanced learning environment.
