Computer Engineering Association of BIT (CEA- BIT) conducted a seminar on Green Computing at Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT), Mangalore on 15 September 2016 on the occasion of engineers day.
Prof. B. Mustafa, Head of Department of Computer Science & Engineering, was the speaker of the talk. Speaking on the occasion, Prof Mustafa reminded the importance of green computing along with managing the E-waste. He also thrown light on the area of reducing the carbon foot print generated by the computers and other electronic gadgets.
The seminar was chock full of valuable information that enlightened the students about the need of green computing.
